Mr Phil Storey is part of Sheffield Orthopaedics Ltd (SOL), proudly in partnership with Claremont Private Hospital. In addition to Claremont’s CQC accreditation, SOL has it’s own CQC accreditation and is part of Claremont’s 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on-call consultant cover provision for inpatients. SOL Consultants are integral to the reduced length of stay Claremont patients enjoy, compared to other providers.
Mr Storey is a Consultant Trauma & Orthopaedic Surgeon at Northern General Hospital and Claremont Private Hospital.
Mr Storey specialises in orthopaedic hand and wrist surgery, and has a particular interest in the management of hand and wrist joint arthritis. He trained in South Yorkshire, and fellowshipped at the Pulvertaft Hand Centre in Derby. He has the University of Manchester Diploma in Hand Surgery and is a member of the British Society for Surgery of the Hand. In 2015, he was appointed as a consultant at the Sheffield Hand Centre in the Northern General Hospital.
