Training & background:
Mr Bostock is part of Sheffield Orthopaedics Ltd (SOL), proudly in partnership with Claremont Private Hospital. In addition to Claremont’s CQC accreditation, SOL has it’s own CQC accreditation and is part of Claremont’s 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on-call consultant cover provision for inpatients. SOL Consultants are integral to the reduced length of stay Claremont patients enjoy, compared to other providers.
Mr Bostock is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in the NHS based at the Northern General Hospital, with a private practice at Claremont.
He specialises in the diagnosis and treatment of disorders affecting the hand and wrist and has a particular interest in wrist trauma and reconstructive surgery following injury.
He trained in Manchester and completed his Fellowship in hand surgery in Sydney, Australia. He has been a consultant specialist in hand and wrist surgery since 1999.
