Patient safety & quality accounts

Patient safety

Ensuring our patients receive consistently high quality, safe care with outstanding health outcomes and experience is at the centre of all we do. We make every effort to ensure that you are kept safe during your stay with us. However, there are some things that you can do to help us to keep you safe.

Our leaflet –  10 simple steps to keep yourself safe during your stay – contains just some of the things that we ask you to do. Patient safety is our priority – watch our video

Quality accounts

We are proud to present our latest Quality Account as a sound demonstration of our commitment to quality and safety. We have aimed to measure our progress objectively, identifying where we need and want to improve centred on the areas of patient safety, clinical effectiveness and patient experience.
